Questions

Before it opens.

Who is this course for?

Actuaries and accountants at insurers who need IFRS 18's presentation requirements worked through alongside IFRS 17, not as a generic IFRS 18 course.

Do I need the general IFRS 18 course as well?

Each course is sold and taught on its own, at its own price. This course covers the classification questions specific to insurers; the general IFRS 18 course covers the structure that applies to every entity.

Why is this not open yet?

Amatle Institute does not sell a course before its lessons are ready. This one is priced and built, and opens once the first lessons are in the library.

Does this count towards CPD?

No. Amatle Institute is not an accredited CPD provider. You receive a certificate of completion naming the course and the date, and whether your professional body accepts it is for you to confirm with that body.
